HI Ben & Joan
I was introduced to your grt podcasts by a good customer of mine a city learning centre one of many around the UK, They are in the City of Wolverhampton who have the highest amount of SMART IWB’s per pupil in the primary sector than anywhare in the UK. http://www.wolverhamptonclc.co.uk you are on Richards blog.
Having worked now for 5 years selling and supporting SMART Technologies in Education I have gained a masive amount of job satisfaction seeing the shift in education methods. As a SMART Dealer I have seen and used Senteo,it is shipping here in the UK now my demo unit is also on its way.
SMART will be getting constant feedback, make the software tweeks to further improve its ease of use. Its position as one of the prime pupil assesment tools in the classroom is looking very good. I also sell Turning Point the MS PowerPoint add in system. It has evolved over the years to a very good system, and has powerfull demographic data tools for teachers use.
Please keep up the wonderfull service you provide I am telling all my hundreds of users about you guy,s.
Kindest Regards
Will

Hi guys,
I have been listening to your podcast for a very short time and i have learned a lot in the process. In a recent effort to help students whom have missed the daily lesson, i stumbled across a site called blip.tv which allows me to upload my smart recorded lessons and have the student view them on my blog. The blog is only in the beginning stages and i plan on working on it over the summer to better the student experience and my own. The most impressive thing about the embedded video is that the student can choose the lessons that were missed from an episode list. I don’t know if you have heard of this but where you both have been so helpful i thought if i could return one site it would be a small thank you.
Sincerely
Chris

Hi Joan and Ben,
I checked again..the Floorplanner allows you to use Metric OR Imperial systems. If you prefer to use inches instead of centimeters, you just select Imperial measurement in your account profile.
Hope that helps your listeners.
I enjoy your show…
